Deciding to remodel your kitchen is a big decision, so it is natural to have questions about which material to choose. We recommend that you come and see us to get your questions answered; however, in the meantime, here are some common questions we get asked.
1- Initial Consultation
What should I expect during the initial consultation with Bedrock Quartz?
Do I need to schedule an appointment for the consultation, or can I walk in?
Scheduling an appointment is recommended to ensure that a design consultant is available to provide personalized attention. However, an appointment is not required. Feel free to come on in.
What information should I prepare before my first meeting with a design consultant?
Bring measurements of your space, photos, and design inspirations, along with any samples of cabinets or flooring, for better coordination. Sharing your ideas and inspiration helps Bedrock Quartz create a design tailored to your vision.
Is there a fee for the estimate and initial design consultation?
Bedrock Quartz offers free estimates and consultations to get started on your project.
How does payment work?
We require 75% up front before we will template. The remaining 25% is due after templating.

What types of countertop materials does Bedrock Quartz offer?

Each material has unique qualities.
Granite: Natural stone with unique patterns, durable and heat-resistant, requires some maintenance.
Quartz: Engineered stone offering consistency in color and pattern; non-porous and lower maintenance.

Can I see and touch physical samples of the materials before making a decision?
