I really enjoyed working with Bedrock Quartz for my kitchen countertops. They are very professional and Whitney answered all my questions very quickly. Ronny was very friendly and precise in his measurements and Angelo and his team did an AMAZING job installing them! They were very punctual and professional and did a great job!! Bedrock installed beautiful countertops for us for our Kitchenette for us as well as our main Kitchen. The installers were so professional and did beautiful work. The product is just what we were looking for and really make a big difference with the overall appearance of our kitchen. Had a great experience from start to finish. Crystal was very helpful on the sales side, and flexible with us. They were estimated times for each phase and always met their timelines. Bedrock Quartz was very responsive! They were upfront on pricing and what they could accomplish. We had to do some color-matching due to the fact that our granite was already two years old. We had a piece missing behind our oven when we replace the oven. It was a very unsightly situation. Kim Youngberg went over and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. The installers were very professional and did an awesome job after everything was completed.

Bedrock provided good service and value. They worked with us to provide nice counter tops and the finished work was good. Ishmael and crew were professional and did a nice job with installation. We appreciated the good service we received from Kimberly who was the BQ PM. She was knowledgeable and provided guidance to us in our selection of the countertop.

It is always great to find a company that both produces great work and is great to work with, and Bedrock Quartz fit the bill. I had a 20 year old bath surround that had become so water damaged that all the walls and the flooring needed to be replaced. Fred was my first contact and stayed with the project all the way as did our project manager, Melinda. Both were great with timely communication and answering all of my many questions. The showroom staff was really helpful when we visited to pick out tile. And our one-man demolition/installation guru, Enrique, is a star. He is prompt, polite, works incredibly long hours and does FANTASTIC tile work. The bathroom looks so amazing that I am going to have them come back and replace some countertops as well.

Jose G and Kenny came out today to repair my countertops. They were friendly fast. Thank you so much for making my counters look brand new!

This was my second experience with Bedrock and I highly recommend them. As my renovating continues, I will be back again.

I ordered quartz countertops through Lowes and they used Bedrock Quartz for their the installers. The installers arrived on time and were very nice, and I got clear communication from the scheduling department and text messages with what to get ready and plan for the install.
Lowes was very accomodating and attentive to my needs there were some complications with the computer system communicating between all the parties properly when I made some changes. However, one of the main guys in charge after he found out there were issues called me after hours and got it all settled for me quickly and my order up and going again. I got a great savings going through Lowes on the Lusso Quartz stone as they had a great Sale for Black Friday and they buy in bulk and can bring down the price substantially on their sales.
However, buying directly through Bedrock would have been easier and they have some great prices on the quartz rock they carry and it is easier to buy directly from them. I would have been happy with their selections of stones too.
I would not have a problem recommending them to a friend for countertops. They will do a good job.

We recently had granite countertops installed and it was such an easy, smooth process from start to finish. Kimberly was our project manager and she was quick to reply and answer any questions I had. I also appreciated that she was able to meet with me at the warehouse so that I could see the slabs in person. Dave was our templater and he was very knowledgeable and Jose’s crew that came in to install were meticulous and did such a great job and were good to protect our home and left it clean.

José did a wonderful job when he came to widen the grommets on our den countertop. He was great to call ahead of time and give us his estimated time of arrival and was prompt, professional, and friendly.

Everything from planning, picking out tile and installing was done with efficiency, professionalism, and hassle free. Claire Whalen was very helpful in selecting the tile as well as meeting with us to verify everything was correct. Yoko and his team showed up promptly and removed our tile, installed the new one and cleaned up in the process. Very happy with our product and would gladly recommend using them again.

We ordered our countertops through Bedrock Quartz and everything went pretty well. The installers were great. We did have just a little issue with one end/overhang being too long but their repair guy Jose came out. Trimmed it up. Polished the edges and looks perfect!

Bedrock Quartz Countertop is an awesome place to get your new countertops from they are fast, friendly and always willing to help. After my install one of my drawers wouldn’t close all the way because of a support bracket they installed,I called them to let them know what I found and they had someone come and fix it with in the hour. Today, 13 Feb. 2025, we had a couple of repairs to our countertop completed. Scheduling was easy, the repairmen were awesome, and the concerns were addressed and fixed in 25 minutes. The repairmen were very knowledgeable, skilled and very friendly. Thank you Bed Rock for such quick and professional service.

Bedrock Quartz rocked this install! Every step of the process was easy and seamless. Raul and Jorman arrived at the beginning of the install window -- no waiting around all day! They had the counter top in quickly, finished it up and gave me good instructions for caring for it. I am so happy with my experience at Bedrock Quartz! I got all new countertops for my kitchen and bathrooms and they made the experience stress free and they were always so helpful. When they came to install them, Gus and Henry were careful, polite, and did an exceptional job! They really took their time to make it perfect! I appreciate the whole team and their communication. Stacie was great to work with and very responsive.

Bedrock quartz was very easy to work with and communicate with. They were able to accommodate some special requests of mine and answered my countless questions quickly. The install was a little stressful and more complicated than any of us thought it would be. I was told the countertop would have to come in 2 pieces to get down my stairs. But it showed up in one giant piece and the guys installing had to think up a solution on the spot. Angelo, Ty and Dustin did an impressive job of working out the puzzle of getting it down without breaking it or damaging my walls! And in the end I was very happy that there didn’t have to be a seam in the middle of my countertop like I was originally told! Angelo was also not aware of the type of cut that would have to be done on the backsplash, it was quite complicated and involved a delicate curve on one side. He said he’s never done a cut like that before. But he worked it out thoughtfully and he ended up doing a beautiful job. The polished finish did chip off on one corner of the backsplash during the cutting/installing process, and I’m hoping there’s an easy repair for that. I also asked for a very tight fit with my sinks so there would be as small an overhang as possible, and that turned out perfect. They were also able to cut my faucet holes closer to the edge than I was originally told was possible, which I was very excited about since I wanted my faucets to reach as far into the sink as possible. I know I was a huge pain in the butt with all my special requests, and it turned out to be a very long and complicated install, but Bedrock Quartz delivered big time! I’m so happy with the final result!

We had a great experience with Bedrock and would highly recommend them. They replaced our kitchen and three bathroom countertops. The entire process was so easy and quick and everyone was so nice to work with. Absolutely love the finished product!

We used Bedrock Quartz to install a new shower, including tile and plumbing. As well as a separate bath tub and a new countertop. Stacie was so helpful and amazing to work with from start to finish with any questions or changes we wanted to make. Fred was also incredible at communicating and willing to accommodate any changes as we went along with our project. The plumbers and tile guy were super precise and did a great job. We would definitely use them in the future and recommend them!

Not being one who looks forward to or sees the need for “Just because it’s been a while…” changes, I was not excited at all when my wife decided it was time to update the kitchen countertops. I was dreading the process, the mess and the inconvenience, but have to say that it was a much better experience than I expected. From the initial visit to completed installation I so appreciated everyone’s professionalism. Kimberly was fantastic to work with. Her knowledge, insights and attention to detail were very much appreciated. The template guys were very thorough and willing to answer all our questions. The installers were great as well, checking in with us as the install progressed to make sure things were being done as we expected. I can’t express how amazing this company is to deal with. Jody is the best! Every person we dealt with from start to finish was professional, informative and their work is beautiful. I only leave reviews from good experiences and this is one of them. From start to finish Could not be more pleased. Annie was our primary and she was amazing. She, Sabrina and head tile guy (Fred) helped in design / materials / colors. Fred even came out prior to getting measurements to verify prep work I had done was spot on. Louis and Isaias arrived promptly for countertop and sink install which went perfect. Kasey did the backsplash over two days and it went amazingly well. All were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all patient through our many color, material changes (in the beginning). It was our first major remod and we went back and forth over materials and colors several times. Yeah … highly recommended. They are the best.

I absolutely love my Quartz countertop!!! It was hard to decide what top to go with, they have so many beautiful options to choose from. The finished product looks fantastic. The installers did a great job and were very helpful and kind. My only complaint was the timing. We were told a time frame of 12-4. They arrived at 5:00 and stayed until late and were not able to finish. They came back three days later with a window of 8-12. As the first stop, they arrived at 9:15
Especially on the first install, have the courtesy to give me a call and let me know they are running late so i can make other plans. Other than that mess, I am very happy with the product and team.

We just finished building a home and we love the quartz counters we purchased from Bedrock Quartz. Our sales rep, Stacie, helped us find something that we really like but kept it in budget. Ultimately, we chose to use Bedrock because the other countertop places had limited options in our price range. There was a little bit of a timing scare when scheduling field measurements. But the scheduling coordinator helped us out by pushing our production/install date up even though it got measured late. We’re really happy with how it all turned out!

Bedrock Quartz did such a fantastic job on our new kitchen counters. Elle and Claire really helped us sift through the litany of different options to find what was right for us. They helped us with the sink and faucet too. They were super fast on getting everything to us to approve and then installation went smooth and easy and actually, ahead of schedule.. The guys who installed who them were really nice and did a great job. Afterwards I got multiple contact points from both the sales people and the production/installation people to make sure everything went well and how to care for the new countertops. Can’t say enough good about Bedrock Quartz, and their team. Definitely will recommend.

Very professional people to work with. Valerie and Melinda have been great and listened to what we needed and could afford. The measurement man took precise measurements and took his time to do a great job. The installers were wonderful. We finished our basement on our own, mostly completed by family. I knew I wanted our wet bar to look professional, so I hired out the cabinets, countertops, and flooring. Since most of the space was DIY, I ended up being my own contractor, communicating and coordinating with everyone all while being extremely busy. That can be so stressful!

Rachel and the team at Bedrock were BY FAR the easiest team to work with. Communication was stellar: quick, accurate, and kind. From the very beginning, I submitted requests for 4 different companies to provide quotes. I only heard back from 2 and Bedrock called me within minutes after clicked submit. I’ve have had my countertops for a few years. I was extremely happy with the install. I did get the insurance and I’m glad I did. I had a chip that Needed to be repaired and filled in. Melinda and Savannah helped get me scheduled and Jose G did the repair. he did a fantastic job with the repair and was extremely polite so happy with bedrock!!!

The process was simple, easy and fast! Our sales rep, Laura, did an amazing job as was very knowledgeable. She also pointed us in the right direction for the faucets needed to match our cabinet hardware. This is the second time my husband and I have used Bedrock Quartz. Our experience in St. George, Utah was a little better as far as customer service. But the installers Taylor, Isaac, and Chris here in South Jordan, Utah did an excellent job installing. I highly recommend their quality and work.

I had such a good experience with Bedrock Quartz. I was overwhelmed by having to make the decision on which Quartz to purchase, but the reps at this location helped me notice things in each slab that I wasn't paying attention to. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me. In the end, I found the exact slab I wanted and when it came time for me to order it, it was out-of-stock. At first, I didn't want to wait for it to come in, but Claire did everything she could do alter their in-house processes to make sure the delay was minimal for me. I am so glad I waited! From the sales people, to the templater, to the installation team and the great communication every step of the way from Melinda in Customer Service .. it was all great! I highly recommend this place and I LOVE my new countertops!

We had Bedrock Quartz supply both Quartz countertops and tile backsplash for our new home and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the first interaction to the final install, the process was so smooth and transparent. We had originally looked at a few other retailers and felt that the process was clunky and unclear.

We visited a couple of places looking for a replacement for our cracking kitchen granite countertop and a bathroom vanity. We really liked what Bedrock Quartz had to offer. They had a nice showroom, we really appreciated the large sample slabs so we could get a better idea of what our counter tops were going to look like. We worked with Rachel as our salesperson and Melinda as our Customer Service Rep. Rachel made things simple and helped us understand the process and options. Rachel and Melinda helped answer last minute questions during the weekend before the install occurred.

We walked in with a basic design and measurement of our countertops. Within an hour we walked out with a quote and ready to move forward. We really appreciated the fact that they were open until 6 during the week and had Saturday hours as well. Their price was very similar to Home Depot and another place we visited. From walk-in to install was about 2 weeks.

The installers were very polite, worked hard, and did the install right. They made sure the counter slab was level to insure it wouldn't crack in the future, something the previous countertop installers didn't do (long before we bought the house). The Bedrock Quartz installers even reinforced the underside of the slab, something I wasn't expecting but appreciate. We would 100% use them again! We love the look of our new countertops.

Had a great experience with Bedrock. As we live 2 1/2 hours away, we were worried about two things: an outrageous additional cost for the distance and trying to find the style/color we wanted from a distance. Andrew was very patient with us as we asked questions and sent us ample photos and suggestions. The final install looks great, instructions on cleaning and maintenance were clear, all individuals who came to our home were professional and did a great job. The cost for the distance was surprisingly reasonable. Could not be happier with the initial results.

Several years ago, Bedrock Quartz installed a gorgeous countertop in our remodeled kitchen. When we had an issue arise recently that needed addressing, we reached out to them. Their response and remedy of the problem was all you would hope for (but not always get). Whitney was quick to respond to my text or calls and kept us informed through the entire process. Hugo and Hernan's expertise, hard work, and follow through left us extremely happy with the result. Our experience was so positive both initially and more recently that we can highly recommend Bedrock Quartz.

Because in these days of automation and "self service" or semi-instant online chat - it is apparent that the human interaction, the customer care we all were once used to - is by design, non- existent. Try buying an airline ticket on a major airline, then go through the gauntlet of speaking with someone about a problem.
The greatest indicator of mission success is how a company responds to the customer when there is a "real problem".
This happened to us this past week during our countertop order process. Factors beyond the control of Bedrock brought the fabrication process to a complete halt. Armageddon!
Yet, once the problem was identified, key individuals went above and beyond to ensure a successful outcome in a most timely manner. Saving our project deadline.

Bedrock quartz did a fantastic job on my countertops! I got a bid from another company that was going to charge me for two full slabs when I didn’t need that much, making the job way more expensive than what I ended paying at Bedrock because they charge by the sqft on the stone they have in stock. The installers were very professional and took their time to do the job right. Bethany made the process so easy and smooth and I couldn’t be happier with the end result!

From start to finish, this was a great experience! Starlena helped us choose the perfect quartz. The template was quick and precise. Our countertops were installed one week later. We were very happy with the entire experience!

We had an outstanding experience working with the salesman, Mark and the installers for my kitchen countertops. Mark came out to measure and was right on time. The bid was competitive and reasonable. Mark moved us right through the process and the installers were ready to go within a week. The installers, (David and if I can remember right, Isaiah) showed up on time and did an excellent job. The seam bringing the large quartz pieces together is almost undetectable. I have more work to be in the bathrooms and will definitely use them again.

The most impressive thing about Bedrock was how fast they got the countertops to me. It was installed within weeks of the first time I walked in to the show room. The countertops were beautiful as well. The overhang must not have been measured correctly, so the two sides have a different overhang, but besides that, everything was great.

Amazing. I was dreading the process of getting new countertops because of dealing with contractors. But the process was so easy. We went in one Saturday and found a quartz we loved, they sent someone out to template the kitchen, and they installed them a week later. I couldn't believe how fast it was. We had a ridiculous amount of questions, but Jodi was patient and helpful. The installers were great too, working around an issue created by reusing our existing sink. We love the final product. It looks like a brand new kitchen. Everything was sized perfectly and exactly as expected.

We decided to redo our countertops in our kitchen and were having such a hard time finding what we wanted. I talked to many different companies who were not much help. We stopped by Bedrock Quartz on a whim and are so glad we did. Andrew has been amazing since day one. I finally found a slab of quartz I liked. Unbeknownst to me it was the most expensive style. Andrew went out of his way to find other options that weren’t as expensive. I ended up loving what he found. He also met me up at the warehouse to look at some remnants we were wanting to use on the perimeter of our kitchen. He was great to work with. They just installed the countertops yesterday. We couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product. We have Andrew to thank for such a great experience!

We put Granite in the kitchen and Quartz in the bathrooms. They have a great selection and do quality work. They make sure that you’re happy with the work they’ve done and will correct anything immediately if you’re not pleased.

I had a small basement kitchenette project that I needed done. Bedrock Quartz didn't treat me any different than how I expect I would have been treated with a project for my whole home. They gave me a reasonable 1-2 week timeframe for install and actually had it installed within 5-6 days. They also have automated notifications sent updating me on the manufacturing process so I knew things were moving forward. Thank you!

We decided to go with Bedrock Quartz and we're so happy we did! They were very professional and efficient from start to finish. Not only that but their prices are the best we found. They have large samples of quartz and granite in their showroom so it's easier to imagine the different colors and styles in a larger space. The man who came to measure at our home had some very high tech equipment. He asked several questions as he worked. We had a couple of kind of tricky areas and they came out perfectly. Better than we could have hoped for. The men who installed the countertops did an outstanding job. It's very difficult to find the seam in the countertop even when we know where it is. It just blends so well. We got new countertops and sinks in our kitchen and two bathrooms. It's amazing how much these countertops have completely transformed our rooms! They look so beautiful! We highly recommend Bedrock Quartz. We're confident that you will be very pleased.

We were needing an update to our kitchen and didn't have a clue where to start. When we went to Bedrock Quartz we were greeted warmly by Michael and he made things so much easier. Their prices were reasonable, showroom was pleasant and we had our new countertops installed within the month. Our only problem was the backsplash and that was the third partys fault, not Bedrocks. We absolutely loved working with Michael and love the end result.
