I only leave reviews from good experiences and this is one of them. From start to finish Could not be more pleased. Annie was our primary and she was amazing. She, Sabrina and head tile guy (Fred) helped in design / materials / colors. Fred even came out prior to getting measurements to verify prep work I had done was spot on. Louis and Isaias arrived promptly for countertop and sink install which went perfect. Kasey did the backsplash over two days and it went amazingly well. All were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all patient through our many color, material changes (in the beginning). It was our first major remod and we went back and forth over materials and colors several times. Yeah … highly recommended. They are the best.

We just had our counter tops replaced in our kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The process has been awesome! Bedrock was extremely responsive with questions and scheduling. I was most impressed with the 2 young men that came to do the installation. They were extremely respectful of our home and did an amazing job! They were here late and did not rush the job, they were pleasant and answered any questions I had. I said if my son were working in peoples homes that is how I would hope he would be! Way to go!

I absolutely love my Quartz countertop!!! It was hard to decide what top to go with, they have so many beautiful options to choose from. In the end I chose a simple but beautiful pattern, since my floor was pretty busy. Kimberly was very patient & helpful through it all, she even suggested overlapping the top on the sides of my cabinet so I'll have my countertop space and I absolutely love it. The installation process went well, excellent crew!!!

Andrew did a great job with his process.. Cant say enough good things about him and what he did.The finished product looks fantastic. The installers did a great job and were very helpful and kind. My only complaint was the timing. We were told a time frame of 12-4. They arrived at 5:00 and stayed until late and were not able to finish. They came back three days later with a window of 8-12. As the first stop, they arrived at 9:15Especially on the first install, have the courtesy to give me a call and let me know they are running late so i can make other plans. Other than that mess, I am very happy with the product and team.

We just finished building a home and we love the quartz counters we purchased from Bedrock Quartz. Our sales rep, Stacie, helped us find something that we really like but kept it in budget. Ultimately, we chose to use Bedrock because the other countertop places had limited options in our price range. There was a little bit of a timing scare when scheduling field measurements. But the scheduling coordinator helped us out by pushing our production/install date up even though it got measured late. We’re really happy with how it all turned out!

Bedrock Quartz did such a fantastic job on our new kitchen counters. Elle and Claire really helped us sift through the litany of different options to find what was right for us. They helped us with the sink and faucet too. They were super fast on getting everything to us to approve and then installation went smooth and easy and actually, ahead of schedule.. The guys who installed who them were really nice and did a great job. Afterwards I got multiple contact points from both the sales people and the production/installation people to make sure everything went well and how to care for the new countertops. Can’t say enough good about Bedrock Quartz, and their team. Definitely will recommend.

We finished our basement on our own, mostly completed by family. I knew I wanted our wet bar to look professional, so I hired out the cabinets, countertops, and flooring. Since most of the space was DIY, I ended up being my own contractor, communicating and coordinating with everyone all while being extremely busy. That can be so stressful!Rachel and the team at Bedrock were BY FAR the easiest team to work with. Communication was stellar: quick, accurate, and kind. From the very beginning, I submitted requests for 4 different companies to provide quotes. I only heard back from 2 and Bedrock called me within minutes after clicked submit. Rachel was so patient with me as I went back and forth between so many decisions and products and even potentially going with another company to save cost. She was never anything but helpful and she always made me feel like my small project was important to her. I appreciate her so much!Our final product came out so beautiful. It went in quick! Everyone was always on time and my expectations of the whole process were consistently set appropriately and met. I never had to worry at all that something would get missed.I’m SO GLAD we ended up sticking with Bedrock for our countertops. If I ever need anything again I will definitely be coming back.

I had such a good experience with Bedrock Quartz. I was overwhelmed by having to make the decision on which Quartz to purchase, but the reps at this location helped me notice things in each slab that I wasn't paying attention to. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me. In the end, I found the exact slab I wanted and when it came time for me to order it, it was out-of-stock. At first, I didn't want to wait for it to come in, but Claire did everything she could do alter their in-house processes to make sure the delay was minimal for me. I am so glad I waited! From the sales people, to the templater, to the installation team and the great communication every step of the way from Melinda in Customer Service .. it was all great! I highly recommend this place and I LOVE my new countertops!

I didn't even plan on getting counter tops. I needed them but they were always so expensive I was saving up. Kim was at my sisters house and offered to do an estimate for me. I honestly thought, okay, let's see so I know how much to save. When she showed me the product options and the price, it blew my hair back! I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was for that high of quality. I immediately said yes.Still I was skeptical, I thought, there has to be a catch. A few weeks, the appointment came and the perfect tops showed up with a...(I know this is going to sound like a lie) really friendly and professional install team. She is also very present from order through install to answer any questions, make sure you are well informed and are happy with their work.I love that you don't have to buy an entire slab, and if requested, they will send you a photograph of exactly what your cut piece of stone will look like for prior approval. We bought two pieces of granite from Spain. The whole job only cost $2700. Turns out that the granite that we bought had corundum in it. That is a form of rubies. The rock is absolutely gorgeous. The two guys that came in and installed it were like magicians. The pieces were absolutely huge and they matched them up perfectly. You can’t even see the seam. The girl that helped us in Layton was named Stacy and she was a rockstar. She kept us in our budget and helped us through the process. She deserves a raise.! I can recommend Bedrock to anybody putting in new countertops. My wife and I even went to the factory and we were blown away by the technology and how they take a slab of rock and turn it into art.

From ordering to install it was about 2 weeks. I installed the backsplash myself to hide the tears from the demolish and they cleaned up well and the plumber they had us use was incredible.

We visited a couple of places looking for a replacement for our cracking kitchen granite countertop and a bathroom vanity. We really liked what Bedrock Quartz had to offer. They had a nice showroom, we really appreciated the large sample slabs so we could get a better idea of what our counter tops were going to look like. We worked with Rachel as our salesperson and Melinda as our Customer Service Rep. Rachel made things simple and helped us understand the process and options. Rachel and Melinda helped answer last minute questions during the weekend before the install occurred.We walked in with a basic design and measurement of our countertops. Within an hour we walked out with a quote and ready to move forward. We really appreciated the fact that they were open until 6 during the week and had Saturday hours as well. Their price was very similar to Home Depot and another place we visited. From walk-in to install was about 2 weeks.The installers were very polite, worked hard, and did the install right. They made sure the counter slab was level to insure it wouldn't crack in the future, something the previous countertop installers didn't do (long before we bought the house). The Bedrock Quartz installers even reinforced the underside of the slab, something I wasn't expecting but appreciate. We would 100% use them again! We love the look of our new countertops.

Working with Laura at Bedrock was smooth and easy in the process of quotes and templates and install . I had three large kitchens in one home renovated with granite countertops. They did all three kitchens at the same time. No problems at all. It took about a day and a half for all the installation. All of the installers were excellent to work with, and very respectful of where they worked. I highly recommend this company for your countertop solution. We had our kitchen countertops replaced by Bedrock. We met Rachel at the storeroom and picked out our quartz countertop. The measurment was scheduled within a few days. The installation was scheduled about 10 days later. The crew arrived on time and did the tearout and install in 1 day. We did run into a problem with a difficult couner countertop that needed to be recut and the seam relocated. The sign of a good company is how problems are resolved. The corner was fixed in about a week and it looks great. Installers Angelo and especcially Edwin were real artists and very repectful of my kitchen. Throughout the process Rachel kept me informed on the progress and was always available to answer any questions. I can highly reccommend Bedrock!

We had a ridiculous amount of questions, but Jodi was patient and helpful. The installers were great too, working around an issue created by reusing our existing sink. We love the final product. It looks like a brand new kitchen. Everything was sized perfectly and exactly as expected.

Bedrock Quartz did a wonderful job on our quartz countertops.We went with the ethereal glow product with a flat eased edge.The kitchen is small and these countertops make it look bigger and brighter.This was a good experience.We had Whitney Szarek at Bedrock Quartz help guide us through the process.She was wonderful answering quickly and helping me understand the process.Amazing how the right customer service can make such a big difference in the experience.These were the first countertops in our older home we put in and really did not know the process.

We decided to redo our countertops in our kitchen and were having such a hard time finding what we wanted. I talked to many different companies who were not much help. We stopped by Bedrock Quartz on a whim and are so glad we did. Andrew has been amazing since day one. I finally found a slab of quartz I liked. Unbeknownst to me it was the most expensive style. Andrew went out of his way to find other options that weren’t as expensive. I ended up loving what he found. He also met me up at the warehouse to look at some remnants we were wanting to use on the perimeter of our kitchen. He was great to work with. They just installed the countertops yesterday. We decided to go with Bedrock Quartz and we're so happy we did! They were very professional and efficient from start to finish. Not only that but their prices are the best we found. They have large samples of quartz and granite in their showroom so it's easier to imagine the different colors and styles in a larger space. The man who came to measure at our home had some very high tech equipment. He asked several questions as he worked. We had a couple of kind of tricky areas and they came out perfectly. Better than we could have hoped for. The men who installed the countertops did an outstanding job. It's very difficult to find the seam in the countertop even when we know where it is. It just blends so well. We got new countertops and sinks in our kitchen and two bathrooms. It's amazing how much these countertops have completely transformed our rooms! They look so beautiful! Even after a long day and delays in getting to my place, they were exhausted and still did what they could.
