This is the second time I have used Bedrock Quartz. The West Jordan office is so helpful and my stone=Marble for the fireplace surround is just beautiful. The designer, person the measured and the installers were very professional and helpful. Melissa called the day after to check to see if there were any issues. There eren't any.

Working with Laura at Bedrock was smooth and easy in the process of quotes and templates and install . I had three large kitchens in one home renovated with granite countertops. They did all three kitchens at the same time. No problems at all. It took about a day and a half for all the installation. All of the installers were excellent to work with, and very respectful of where they worked. I highly recommend this company for your countertop solution. I am a general contractor and it’s always nice to see a large company work so well with each other. I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

This re-model was a mess to begin with! By the time we got to Claire at Bedrock Quartz we were frustrated and had been seriously misled by a former contractor. As we live 2 1/2 hours away, we were worried about two things: an outrageous additional cost for the distance and trying to find the style/color we wanted from a distance. Andrew was very patient with us as we asked questions and sent us ample photos and suggestions. We had our kitchen countertops replaced by Bedrock. We met Rachel at the storeroom and picked out our quartz countertop. The measurment was scheduled within a few days. The installation was scheduled about 10 days later. The crew arrived on time and did the tearout and install in 1 day. We did run into a problem with a difficult couner countertop that needed to be recut and the seam relocated. The sign of a good company is how problems are resolved. The corner was fixed in about a week and it looks great. Installers Angelo and especcially Edwin were real artists and very repectful of my kitchen. Throughout the process Rachel kept me informed on the progress and was always available to answer any questions. I can highly reccommend Bedrock!

We recently remodeled our kitchen and used Bedrock Quartz for our countertops. We had a great experience with every aspect of our project. Laura Dehnel oversaw our project and did a fantastic job putting it all together and was always so friendly and accommodating. I have to especially compliment her on helping us select our stone slabs. The slabs she pulled for us were perfect and we didn't have to bother with looking at other slabs. The installation process was seamless. Our initial installation was done by Martin and was for our countertops. We had a 2nd installation for backsplashes which was done by Jose and Luis. Both crews did a great job and were very careful handling the slabs and making sure everything lined up so the pattern of the stone flowed. I would highly recommend Bedrock. They have a beautiful facility and showroom and are using state of the art equipment. We did get another bid with another company and Bedrock was competitive and actually a better value. We will definitely use them for future needs as we plan to update the rest of our home over the next year or so.

I live in an old house downtown SLC and my kitchen hadn't been updated in 30+ years. I had Bedrock come and do my countertops and backsplash and they did an amazing job! Laura was my project manager, helped me with design and was so fast to respond to all my questions. I went with the white quartz with a grey vein and it looks awesome. I went to a lot of different places looking for countertop options and found they had the best selection. For the backsplash I actually found tile I really liked at floor&decor and purchased it and then Bedrock installed it. They will do small jobs in your desired material without you having to purchase a whole slab to get what you want. I always believe in supporting local businesses, being in Pleasant Grove, I found Bedrock Quartz (BQ). Sadly, I have had a disappointing experience.They installed three bathroom quartz countertops for me. I have two issues:One, they don’t caulk between the undermounted sink and the counter. I asked them about it and they said it causes mold if you caulk. However, when you research sites they say one should caulk between counter and undermounted sink. “There is always a small gap there, and it's important to caulk that gap between the undermount sink and the countertop because any water that seeps into it promotes mold and may even interfere with the adhesive securing the sink.” Two plumbers have told me the same. Equally when a gentleman from Old World Stone (OWS) came over- they do sinks too- he stated it should be caulked. I then said if you don't caulk between the undermonted sink and the counter, then would you guarantee your work? No reply from Bedrock Quartz.Second, one of my countertops was cut unevenly, it is longer on one side than the other, I noticed it but before bringing it to Bedrock Quartz’s attention I asked my friend who is an architect and drafter and she came over and measured it and stated it was uneven. I also asked the OWS guy who looked at it and he stated it “wasn’t square.” I told him about my conversation with BQ and how they said that it couldn’t be uneven because they “use lasers and that the cabinet and wall must be uneven.” He replied that the laser should help with any anomalies and make sure it is even, or in other words, compensate for inconsistencies.I have brought both of these points to the attention of BQ but they disregarded my concerns. They didn’t care to even send someone over to check it out.Business should be not just about the product but the customer service as well, so it’s surprising to not have any customer service regarding these two issues.On another point, they charged me $110 per counter to take out and haul away. I stated that they simply took out the counters but didn’t haul them away as I wanted to donate my old countertops (granite) to Habitat for Humanity, they still charged the full $330 for the three sinks.One could argue it’s all about money with this company.Edit April 5, 2022I spoke to a customer service representative at head office who made things right. 1) They accepted that one counter top was incorrectly cut and offered to adjust it but as I had already had the area painted I declined but I appreciate the willingness to visually aid in correcting the issue. 2) They refunded me 50% of the cost I paid to take out the sinks. 3) They returned to do the caulking between under the counter and the sinks and the gentleman did a very good job.I have edited my review to five stars as I wholly appreciate Bedrock Quartz's willingness to make things right and listen to their customer. My three countertops are beautiful.

Michael in St George was very helpful and knowledgeable which really helped us decide on the counter tops and design we were looking for. They were installed and look fantastic. The whole process was easy and I would recommend using them to anyone looking for Quartz or granite counter tops.

There were AMAZING! Michael was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products he was showing me. He worked with me the entire project, even when I had to put it on hold due to a death in the family.The installers were AMAZING as well. Even after a long day and delays in getting to my place, they were exhausted and still did what they could. They had to return the following day to finish up the install, due to the late hour, but they completed the job without any issues.Everyone at Bedrock was kind, considerate, hard working, appreciative of my business and were willing to do whatever possible to make sure I got great countertops!Pricing was fair... customer service was AMAZING! I went to two other companies and did not even get the time of day. If you want to be treated and valued as a person and customer... LOOK NOWHERE ELSE!

Needed to have my countertop reinstalled after flood restoration. The company that did the original install wouldn't return my phone calls and no one else wanted to touch it because "it wasn't their product". Happened to pass Bedrock Quartz on the way home from an errand. Parked in their parking lot, saw their 5 star reviews on Google, headed in. I was helped immediately and they were happy to take on the job as a repair. Everyone associated with the project from start to finish was great to work with. I was impressed with the timely scheduling, the great communication, and the care of the installation - right down to leaving a neatly folded blanket after the counter top had been laying on it in the garage for the last 8 months. We are delighted with our new quartz countertop! Bedrock Quartz made it happen with very little effort on our part - the teardown, installation and plumbing were all done for us. Marissa helped us choose the material and explained the process to us. Brandon gave us a quote and came by as the installation was finishing to make sure we were happy with it.
